I started out to become an artist. After working at it for several years and going to collage, the following verses got my attention and changed my entire outlook: Ecclesiastes 1:9-11

"...there is nothing new under the sun."

So, strictly speaking, does "original content" even exist? (that is a rhetorical question).

Great question Keith! Over the fence, that one is. Although I think what the writer of Ecclesiastes is lamenting is that everything seems the same; the future merely repeats the past. People are born, then married, work, and then die. Rinse and repeat. Surely there are no secrets hidden from our Lord as He knows the end from the beginning. Nothing is original outside of God for sure. It reminds me of the paradox of freewill vs. predestination. I'm not smart enough to take that one on, lol.

I noticed that the arguments re predestination (and choice) can really get deep into the worldly philosophical realm - of course I haven't read every argument. However, on the subject of "choice", check out Romans 6:19, or just read the entire chapter.

I've tried to use AI for a few creative things. Like creating the logo design for Grounded in the Bible that is in my head. AI failed completely even with a very detailed description. I gave the more generic description to a human artist and she created it perfectly. AI is definitely not ready to replace human creativity and ability to comprehend complex ideas and translate them into reality.

Thank you for sharing this Karen. I pray AI never replaces human creativity. Then again, I don't see how it could authentically.
