Yesterday I was listening to a lecture by Charles W. Missler (who was an American author, evangelical Christian, Bible teacher, engineer, and businessman.) He was speaking on the book of Genesis, one of my favorite books of history. Observe the graphic above. Even as a youngster it always bothered me. “I evolved from apes? I don’t think so”, I thought to myself. I learned in high school that Newton’s second law posits the level of disorder in the universe is steadily increasing. Systems tend to move from ordered behavior to more random behavior. By this law alone, a primitive grunting ape could not become a sophisticated man or woman capable of intelligent thought and speech. And certainly not by force of will over centuries. But who conceived these pictures and why? Well, consider this:
“Artistic imagination has been used to illustrate entire “apemen” from nothing more than a single tooth. In the early 1920s, the “apeman” Hesperopithecus (which consisted of a single tooth) was pictured in the London Illustrated Newscomplete with the tooth’s wife, children, domestic animals, and cave! Experts used this tooth, known as “Nebraska man,” as proof for human evolution during the time of the Scopes trial in 1925. In 1927, parts of the skeleton were discovered together with the teeth, and Nebraska man was found to really be an extinct peccary (wild pig)!” 1
Did you catch that, a single tooth! It appears somebody is entertaining themselves. We can forgive those who are deceived by a lie and gathering to themselves others in order to promote an unprovable agenda. They begin this indoctrination in grade school by means of the artistic chart above and other literature. Talk about fake news. How about an infinitely more credible, trustworthy source. Consider this: All 66 individual books of the Bible were written by over 40 authors over many years in many places to many different people groups in different languages, yet there remains a consistent theme from beginning to end. Not an insignificant fact I would say.
Pause. Reflect.
Jesus said in Mark 10: “But at the beginning of creation God ‘made them male and female.’ He echoed Genesis chapters 1 & 2. Not because He read it in the synagog but because He was there. Who needs the theories of Darwin when we have the Word who is Jesus?
The article above goes on to argue that there are only three ways to make an “Apeman”:
Combine ape fossil bones with human fossil bones and declare the two to be one individual—a real “apeman.”
Emphasize certain humanlike qualities of fossilized ape bones, and with imagination upgrade apes to be more humanlike.
Emphasize certain apelike qualities of fossilized human bones, and with imagination downgrade humans to be more apelike.
And this is exactly what Darwinism has done. Clearly we were created by a Designer who also gave us minds to design things to create for the world around us. With that also comes the creativity of invention, both for good and bad. Micro evolution and forms of adaptation are quite scientific. But an argument of something from nothing is sheer folly.
Now, not to stroll too far into the weeds, but consider also that there has always been a plant animal codependent relationship. Mutualism is an obligate interaction between organisms that requires contributions from both organisms and in which both benefit. This is not possible with an evolutionary theory yet it is clearly enumerated in the detailed account of creation in Genesis chapter 1. I invite you to read it and really think about what’s being said. There is so much theological “meat” in just the first few chapters.
Alas, I fear I have already veered off topic. Until next time.
Test all things; hold fast what is good.

It is no wonder why the science world backed away from the "ape-man." Bottom-line, since a single Creator created all things, we are certain to find the red thread of resemblance in all things.
