We miss you. You left us way to soon. Your impact on us was enormous. It remains part of our essence to this very day. We still think of you often and always will. How could we possibly forget any part of you. There are particular things that trigger a memory which takes us back through a portal in time to that very special moment with you, sometimes with acute clarity. We selfishly miss you but know you are presently walking in the cool of the day with our Savior, Jesus Christ. He saved you just like He promised. And you were faithful to Him, just like you promised.
Some folks have an aura about them, a kindness that permeates even the darkest of hearts. You were one of those rare souls, a true diamond in the rough. God blessed us with you out of His mercy. We thank Him for that. It’s presently impossible to imagine the complete joy we will someday share with you. We remain content however, knowing that the Lord has great plans for us, whether in the body or away from it. A few more years compared to eternity is not long to wait.
Sometimes we re-read that note you sent us, look at a photo, or listen to your voice on a certain recording, just as a reminder and perhaps even a way to honor your memory. Sometimes we’ll even leave a place setting empty at the table. The place you once sat at during so many joyous meals together. You will always have a place at our table and now His.
We simply can’t wait to see you again. To hug and talk to you once more and forever. I’m sure we’ll pick up right where we left off. But this time, our Savior will be right there in our presence, laughing with us. Oh, the things we’ll talk about. Our present finite corridor of time will crumble under the glorious oppression of eternity. No more death, no more sadness, simply the overwhelming glory of our Savior.
Meanwhile, there remains much work to do. We pray everyone considers and accepts a seat at His table.
And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. John 14:3

Thank you Stephen. This one was written with tears.
Jim, for some reason Substack will not allow me of publish articles. They say there is a question regarding the validity of my contact list, which I legitimately own. I have appealed the case and my appeal won't even go through. My statistics showed an enormous growth this past month - a major spike, while I didn't add a single email address for over a month. Something is fishy. So, until they release my account, you will have to read my articles at: https://www.iomamerica.net/im-blogs
